Jayachamaraja Wadiyar Golf Club (JWGC), perched on 110 acres at the foothills of Mysore’s iconic Chamundi Hills, is a historic 18-hole, par-70 championship course originally founded in 1906 by Maharaja Nalvadi Krishnaraja Wadiyar. Redesigned in 1996 by Pacific Coast Design, it blends classic tree-lined fairways, well-maintained greens, and racecourse-adjacent holes for a unique challenge. The semi-private club hosts over 20 annual tournaments, including the prestigious Maharaja’s Challenge Cup. Full amenities boast a clubhouse with restaurant & bar, accommodation, swimming, fitness, snooker, party hall, and driving range. JWGC is open year-round and welcomes members and public play with caddies and carts available.
