India's top female golfers Vani Kapoor and Diksha Dagar delivered standout performances at the Amundi German Masters, held June 26–29, 2025, at the prestigious Green Eagle Golf Courses in Hamburg.

Vani Kapoor rose to a tie for 6th place, finishing the tournament at 3-under par. After a shaky third round, she rebounded with a strong 2-under 71 on Sunday to seal her first Top-10 result on the Ladies European Tour since October 2022. This feat also marked her best finish of the season across her three LET starts. She Claimed 6th Place Prize Money of EUR 8,850 (Approximately INR 7.85 Lakh).

Just behind, Diksha Dagar claimed a tie for 8th at 2-under par. Her performance rounded off a remarkable week, earning her fifth Top-10 LET result in 2025 and a return to the top 10 on the Order of Merit. She earned EUR 7,350 (around INR 6.52 Lakh) for her efforts.

The event was ultimately won by Singapore’s Shannon Tan, who clinched the title with a total of 9-under par, narrowly edging out Germany’s Helen Briem.

Why This Matters

  • Two Indians in Top 10: A notable achievement for Indian women’s golf on a global stage.

  • Vani’s comeback: Her strong final round in windy conditions showed resilience and technical skill.

  • Diksha’s consistency: Continued impressive form has seen her ascend the LET rankings, reaffirming her status among the elite.
